Our personal trainers are all Muay Thai fighters with over a decade between them of personal trainer experience, and even more years of experience at working hard to become strong, lean and powerful. They offer Muay Thai personal training, but also general personal training for men and women who want to lose weight, tone up, build muscle, and feel great!

Kamon “Den” Khaengraeng
Hi, my name is Den and I was born and raised in North Thailand. I began training at a young age and soon moved on to professional fights, so I've now had over 300 fights! In 1993 and 1995 I became the North Thailand champion at 112 and 118lbs (8 and 8.4 stone), and you can watch one of my fights here. I'm also passionate about teaching Muay Thai to others, which I've been doing for several years at Lanna Muay Thai Gym in Thailand, and I'm now very happy to be teaching in Scotland.
I started training Muay Thai at Hanuman in 2012 and immediately knew that I wanted to compete in the sport. Since then I have had pro 17 fights (14w-3l) across the UK, Thailand and Australia. Muay Thai is an exciting contact sport that demands all aspects of physical fitness and is by far the fastest and most enjoyable method of getting in shape.
So far I've been awarded a WBC International title, WBC National title, IPCC Scottish title, Scottish C Class title, bronze medal at WMF World Championships 2015 and I have a BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Science and a Level 3 in Personal Training.
Whether your goals are purely fitness or it's your first time trying a combat sport, I'm able to work around your goals. This is achieved through a balance of fun and hard work, which I believe is the key to developing your skills and achieving the body of your dreams.
Hello, my name is Pawel Szeremeta. I'm 36 now, but my journey with boxing started when I was 13 (thanks to my father and brother who competed at the international level). My fighting record is 64 fights with 4 losses and 2 draws. I'm two-time Polish Championship medalist and also a winner of over 20 national and international tournaments.
During my boxing career I had a chance to train and spar at Gleason's Gym in Brooklyn, NY with the top professional fighters. With all the knowledge and understanding gained throughout these years, I would like to transfer this information across to inspire others. My aim is to provide wide variety of training methods, impeccable boxing techniques, tricks as well as put some knockout power in your hands. Hi, I'm Roan and I'm one of the founders of Hanuman Thai Boxing. I've been a practicing martial artist since the age of nine, and I first trained in Tae Kwon-Do and classic boxing before studying Muay Thai under Rick Young in Edinburgh. Aged 18 I began working on nightclub doors for an Edinburgh security company, and I'm a qualified Level One instructor in self-protection.

My name is Wojtek, and I started my journey with martial arts over 20 years ago. Aged 11 years old I began with kyokushin karate, kickboxing, and amateur boxing, before discovering the beauty and effectiveness of Thai boxing, at Puncher Wroclaw gym in Poland.
I believe in hard work supported by intelligent training methods, and my work style is based on personal experience in training and fighting in various gyms and stadiums in Thailand.
