6-Week Beginner's Bootcamp: Thai Fit

Ready to get fitter than you've ever been in your life? Back by popular demand, Thai Fit is a 6-week beginner's boot camp that will get you involved in the high-octane and fun world of Muay Thai.

What is it?

Taught in a friendly and welcoming environment by Scottish Muay Thai fighter Joe Wong, Thai Fit involves strength and conditioning classes using gym equipment such as barbells, kettle bells and medicine balls, as well as working on the bags and pads and developing Muay Thai striking skills.

If you want to get into shape and get super toned for the warmer weather, this boot camp for men and women of all abilities is for you.

How much is it?

For £60 you get 18 classes spread over 6 weeks, which works out at only £3.33 per class! No equipment necessary, just bring your self.

Just so you know, you're welcome to start training at any time, you don't have to wait for a Thai Fit course. Check out the Timetable and Prices.

Thai Fit classes are usually on Tuesdays 20.30 - 21.30, Sat 13.00 - 14.00, Sun 13.00 - 14.00. Each class is 1 hour and covers strength, conditioning, and Muay Thai.

You don't have to come to all the classes each week, but you'll benefit most if you do.
