Thai Fit instructor and Scottish Muay Thai Champion Joe Wong, in his element!

Back by popular demand, Thai Fit is a 6-week beginner's boot camp for beginners that will get you involved in the high-octane and fun world of Muay Thai. Taught in a friendly and welcoming environment by Scottish Muay Thai fighter Joe Wong, Thai Fit involves strength and conditioning classes using gym equipment such as barbells, kettle bells and medicine balls, as well as working on the bags and pads and developing Muay Thai striking skills.

When?

The course starts on Saturday 6th January 2018 and runs for 6 weeks on Saturday 13.00-14.00, Sunday 13.00-14.00 and Tuesday 20.30-21.30

How much is it?

Kay Corner - Fighting Fit

Instructor Kay Corner has trained in Thailand and has had several fights across Scotland. She puts the boys to shame!

Fighting Fit is a 6-week beginner's boot camp for beginners held first thing in the morning before you get on with your day! Taught by former student and female Muay Thai fighter Kay Corner, Fighting Fit involves fun and fast paced work using kicking pads, punching pads, and some of the gym equipment such as kettlebells. You'll become incredibly fit and also learn a lot of Muay Thai.

When?

The course starts on Monday 15th January 2018 and runs for 6 weeks on Monday 6.30-7.30 am, Wednesday 6.30am - 7.30 and Friday 6.30am - 7.30.

6-Week Beginner's Bootcamp: Boxing Bootcamp

Thai Fit 1

Our boxing bootcamp is a fantastic way to get fit and learn some self defense.

Our Boxing Bootcamp for beginners will take you from never having thrown a punch to being able to move like a butterfly and sting like a bee! For this 6-week course you will have the privelege of being taught by two-time Polish Boxing Championship medalist and winner of over 20 national and international tournaments, Pawel Szeremeta. You will also become extremely fit through fast-paced drills and cardio exercises to get your heart pumping.

When?

The course runs for 6 weeks starting from Feb 17th Monday 7.15-8.15pm, Wednesday 7.15-8.15pm and Saturday 9.30-10.30am
